TIME AND COMMITMENT EXPECTATIONS

 

Participants will attend seven half-day workshops between April and October 2018. The workshops are conducted between 8:30am-12:30pm on the first Tuesday of every month at a CBD location.

 

Participants are expected to attend at least 6 of the 7 sessions as each session builds on previous ones.

The Fast Track program for emerging leaders was conceived out of the Young AICC mission to inspire, grow and connect a future generation of business leaders, and help them become the best version of themselves.

The program has been designed to take you on a unique journey of exploration, where you will learn about yourself, develop real-world skills and build a broad business network.

Fast Track offers a transformative experience, aimed at shaping and developing leaders who are passionate about in-depth growth – both personal and professional.

 

The program offers a select group of young professionals and business owners the opportunity to develop their knowledge, experience and capabilities across a range of tailored development modules. These workshops are designed and delivered by Composure – a boutique consulting firm with extensive expertise in behavioural change.

Now in its fourth year and gaining momentum, Fast Track has limited capacity and sells out quickly, so if you align with our mission to grow Australia’s best leaders, then please consider the offer of this unique experience.

COST and ELIGIBILITY

The program cost is $4000 plus GST. 

​

The Fast Track program is best suited to applicants with at least 5 years professional experience (aged between 25 to 39) and is designed for emerging and front-line leaders; mid-level managers; young entrepreneurs and business owners who are looking to take their professional growth and leadership to another level.
